At Shiraa Official, our goal is to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will receive a verification link on your mobile number to confirm your order. Orders will be processed once they are verified by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, we kindly request that you pay the delivery rider before opening the package.
Local Orders (Within Pakistan)
Standard Delivery Timeline:
- Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days
- Sale Periods: Delivery may take up to 5 to 7 working days
Delivery Charges:
- Flat shipping rate of PKR 199 is applicable on all orders nationwide
International Orders
Standard Delivery Timeline:
- Regular Orders: 5 to 7 business days
- Sale Periods: 8 to 10 working days
Delivery Charges:
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders from the GCC region
- FREE SHIPPING on international orders above $350

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the zone and weight of your order.
Custom Duties & Charges for International Orders:
Custom duties and taxes are charged by the customs department of the destination country and must be paid by the customer. These charges vary by country and depend on the weight and volume of the parcel.
If your parcel is held by customs in your country, the customer is responsible for providing any required documents. Shiraa Official is not responsible for refunds in case of non-clearance of parcels by customs authorities.
