Return & Exchange Policy
NO CASH REFUNDS
At Shiraa Official, we do not offer cash refunds.
EXCHANGE REQUESTS
You may request an exchange by emailing us at shopshiraa@gmail.com with your Order ID within 7 days of purchase. The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned with the original price tag and purchase receipt intact.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Products bought on sale or during promotional campaigns are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Slight color variations may occur due to screen displays or lighting used in photography; these are not valid reasons for exchange.

Exchanges or refunds are only allowed if the product has a manufacturing defect.

If an item purchased at full price later goes on sale, it will only be exchanged at the discounted (marked-down) price.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
REFUNDS – EXCEPTIONS ONLY
Although we have a ‘No Refund’ policy, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

Product is out of stock after order placement

Product has a manufacturing defect
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. It may take up to 15 working days for the amount to reflect.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Shiraa Official reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or any unforeseen reason. Customers will be notified via email.
ORDER ENQUIRIES & COMPLAINTS

Order enquiries will only be entertained within 15 working days of placing the order.

Claims or complaints related to delivered orders must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
INCOMPLETE OR OUT-OF-STOCK SHIPMENTS
We ensure orders are complete before shipping. In the rare case an item is out of stock:

We will ship the available items.

The items shipped will be listed on the Airway Bill for verification.

If an out-of-stock item was not shipped, please contact our Customer Care and we’ll resolve the issue at no extra charge.
WALLET & ONLINE PAYMENT REFUNDS (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi, IBFT, etc.)
Partial refunds for the following scenarios will only be issued as vouchers, redeemable on our website:

Item(s) unavailable in stock

Split orders cancelled by the customer (orders shipped in multiple packages)

Return of one item from a split wallet-paid order – refunds will be issued as a voucher, not cash or wallet balance
WHO CAN APPLY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You can apply if:

The item is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete

The item is unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached

The size received does not match the size ordered

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days of receiving the product.
