Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. You can shop as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your address, and view past purchases.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order as a guest or a registered user. Follow these steps:
1) Browse our website and go to the product page of your desired item.
2) Select size and/or color (if applicable), choose the quantity, and click “Add to Cart.”
3) When you’re ready to checkout, go to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
4) Fill in your personal and shipping details.
5) Choose your payment method and apply any discount codes (if available).
6) Review your order and click “Place Order Now.”

How do I know if Shiraa Official has received my order?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your Order ID and details. You may also be contacted via WhatsApp at 0303 5344777 for confirmation or delivery updates.
What if an incorrect or damaged item is delivered to me?
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0303 5344777 or email us at shopshiraa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange after verification.
What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?
If an item from your order is missing, check your Airway Bill (shipment list). Sometimes items ship separately. If it’s truly missing, contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
What is the procedure for cancelling an order?
To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (0303 5344777) or email (shopshiraa@gmail.com).
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
